During the game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver would take the biggest hit he has ever taken after he was smashed in his head by a Saints defender.
Devonta Smith was hit so hard that his helmet flew out, and he seemingly got knocked out cold.
