Ashton Kutcher has been slammed after a video of the actor partying with the disgraced rapper has surfaced.
Some damning evidence came to light last week in the sex-trafficking case against rapper, Diddy.
Manhattan federal Judge Emily Johnson has remanded the rapper behind bars pending his trial after discovering text messages between him and his alleged victims.
One victim allegedly messaged Combs on November 19, referencing the allegations in the Cassie Ventura lawsuit of Nov 16 – stating that these claims sounded like her own.
The text read; “I feel like I’m reading my own sexual trauma,”. “It makes me sick how three solid pages word for word is exactly my experiences and my anguish,”
The Judge said that Combs “gaslit” his victims and “attempted to convince her that she had willingly engaged in sex acts with him.”
The Judge also read out loud, the texts that Combs allegedly sent to Ventura after he was arrested;
“Call me, the cops are here,”
“I got six kids. You, please call. I’m surrounded. You gonna abandon me all alone.”
To which his ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, replied; “I have a black eye and a fat lip. You are sick for thinking it’s okay to do what you’ve done. I still have crazy bruising.”
She also read out messages from another alleged victim that read; “You always want to show me that you have the power, and you knock me around. I’m not a rag doll. I’m someone’s child.”
The Judge order said that Combs must remain at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
Kucther has been pals with the rapper for decades and has been scrutinized after being featured in video footage partying with him. When asked about the parties Diddy threw, Kutcher said “There’s a lot I can’t tell.”
He opened up about their relationship; “Our relationship is really bizarre,” he said. “It stared over Punk’d because he was like ‘Yo, you can’t punk me’.”
“We became fast friends and we’d just hang out and watch football together,”.
After the rappers arrest, Kucther has been urged to come forward and speak out, with one fan writing on social media; “Ashton, why couldn’t you tell us any of your Diddy stories?”
Diddy is due back in court on October 9.
