Travis Kelce is one of the most well-known players in the NFL today, and his relationship with Taylor Swift only amplifies his stardom. He has used his pop-culture presence and apparent acting talent to secure himself a role alongside Niecy Nash in FX’s Grotesquerie.

Many NFL fans and Swifties alike were worried about the couple’s relationship status following multiple reports that they would split and that the whole relationship was a PR stunt. Still, those rumors were put to rest yesterday following Swift’s clothing line released in reference to Kelce on National Boyfriends Day.

However, Swift couldn’t attend her boyfriend’s week four game in Los Angeles, where the Chiefs took on the Chargers and won; instead, it was one of Kelce’s newer supporters who joined Mama Kelce in the press box to watch the action.

Kelce recently made his acting debut in the aforementioned FX show Grotesquerie, where he was joined by The Rookie spinoff star Niecy Nash. Nash showed up for Kelce in LA and joined Mama Kelce and the gang in the press box to enjoy the action.

In her post, Nash can be seen talking to Kelce’s mom and asking her what she thought of her son’s acting debut, and Donna had nothing but good things to say. Further into the clip, Travis high-fives his teammates while Nash cheers from behind the camera.

Kelce later commented on his co-star’s support: “Niecy made it to the LA game. How about that? She came out and supported me at the Chargers game. Was cool seeing her on the sideline.”

Fans were jealous of Nash’s presence at the game, and one fan even drooled over the fact that she got to sit with Kelce’s mom, commenting, “Oh my lord you luck lucky woman!!!!” “Glad you showed up for Killa Trav,” went another.

While it’s possible that we may see Swift at the Chiefs’ week five game at Arrowhead, Swift is also preparing to head back out on her Era’s Tour later this month, so now we could be seeing a lot less of the Grammy Award winner in terms of game sightings.
