On Sunday, the New Orleans and Carolina Panthers are scarring off for their Week 9 matchup. During the first quarter, wide receiver Chris Olave had to be stretchered off the field and taken to a local hospital after getting hit hard by two defenders, and former wide receiver Michael Thomas had no problem pointing fingers.

It came on a post route when quarterback Derek Carr threw what could be considered a “hospital” ball, which led to the bad injury.

Now, Thomas has called out Carr, presumably where he threw the ball, which directly led to the injury.

Most of the tweets are just Thomas giving his negative thoughts on Carr’s performance, but also reveal there might have been some drama between the two when they both played for the Saints in 2023.

Derek Carr And Michael Thomas Played Together In New Orleans

Though it was a brief time, Carr and Thomas did play together in 2023 for the Saints.

It proved to be one of the worst years in Thomass’s career, recording just 39 receptions, 448 yards, and one touchdown in 10 games.
