A new dashcam video has emerged of the horrifying crash between an American Airlines passenger jet and a Black Hawk military helicopter near Washington’s Reagan National Airport.
On Wednesday evening, an American Airlines plane collided midair with a Blackhawk Helicopter above the Potomac River near the Reagan National Airport. The passenger aircraft was flying from Wichita, Kansas.
Per CNN, the American Airlines jet was carrying 64 passengers. There have been no confirmed deaths as of 11:30 p.m. EST, with multiple reports stating that four survivors were located.
A video has emerged of the collision between the aircraft and the helicopter. A warning that it may be disturbing for some viewers to watch:

President Donald Trump has been briefed on the crash and released a statement, via the official GOP X/Twitter account. Trump wrote, “May God Bless their souls” and said he’d provide further details when available.
Ground Stop At Reagan National Airport Ordered By FAA
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has ordered grounded flights around Reagan National Airport as they look into the incident. Terminals at the airport remain open.
