Kai Trump has some major explaining to do when it comes to a massive fan base.
Travis Kelce is probably feeling ripped off after Donald Trump’s granddaughter dropped a new logo that looks like a ripoff of his.
“I started Tru Kolors in 2019 on the foundation of showing up authentically and having fun with style, Kelce stated earlier this year after American Eagle announced a limited-edition clothing collection with his sportswear brand.
The 18-year-old competitive golfer, who is headed to the University of Miami, launched a new line of merchandise, emblazoned with her initials — half of a “T” atop a “K.”
The logo closely resembles that of Kelce, who has been sporting hats embroidered with a “T” behind a “K.”
Despite a slight difference, Kai is still facing accusations from Swift fans of “ripping off” her fiancé’s logo.
“The TK looks like the same brand that @TravisKelce just put out!!” one person said.
“Travis Kelce rip off,” a second person wrote.
“Grifting and stealing Kelce’s logo,” a third fan commented.
“It tracks she stole their logo. Melanie Trump stole Michelle Obama’s speech, says a lot about grandparents as role models…,” a fourth person said of Kai Trump.
“Give Travis his logo back,” a fifth person demanded.
“OMG, it does look like a Kelsey knock off. This girl. (I won’t give her the credit of using her name). It is most definitely stealing someone else’s design !!! Hope she doesn’t get away with this s- -t !!!” one final person stated.
Travis Kelce Has a Collab With American Eagle
Kai Trump, the granddaughter of President Donald Trump, may face a copyright lawsuit after her released logo was spotted by fans as certainly appearing to be a knockoff of Kelce’s.
Kelce recently teamed up with American Eagle on a new collection. The campaign centers around a “live to play” mindset.
The collection first launched in August, and a second was announced last month. There are more than 90 pieces for fans to browse through.
To promote the collab, Tru Kolors and American Eagle teamed up with Blip Coffee Roasters for a special one-day-only event last month. It happened one day before the Chiefs hosted and defeated the Baltimore Ravens at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
