Stefon Diggs’ Police Report Leaks After Alleged Attack On Female Victim, And Fans Are Convinced He’s “Never Playing Ever Again”

The woman who accused Stefon Diggs of assault appears to have been identified.

The police report detailing the accusations made against Stefon Diggs appears to have leaked online, identifying the alleged victim.

The New England Patriots wide receiver has dominated headlines this Tuesday, with reports revealing serious criminal charges. The charges include felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery.

Diggs’ attorneys have requested that the details be kept under wraps, which a judge is yet to decide on. In the meantime, it appears that the initial report recorded at the Dedham Police Department has been leaked online.

The statement outlining claims made by a woman named Mila Adams on December 16 is shown below. The posting account has predicted that Diggs is “never playing ever again.”

The document was written up by Officer Kenneth J. Ellis, who states that Adams, a personal chef for the Patriots wide receiver, was initially hesitant. She asked to speak to a female officer, but eventually made the report to him because one was not available.

According to the recording officer, Adams said her employer, later revealed to be Diggs, entered her unlocked bedroom. She had been staying at the WR’s house in Massachusetts after he hired her.

Diggis is accused of slapping and choking Adams, then throwing her onto a bed after tensions arose over unpaid wages.

“She said that on this date, the male that she worked for entered her unlocked bedroom,” he wrote. “They had been having an ongoing text exchange over money owed to ADAMS. She said that they began to discuss this, which apparently angered the male.”

“She alleges that the male then smacked her across the face. She said that she tried to push him away. The male then tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck. She said that he was behind her with his arm wrapped around her,” the report adds.

She said that she did feel like she had trouble breathing and that she felt like she could have blacked out. She said that as she tried to pry his arm away, he tightened his grip. At that point, the male threw her onto the bed. He said something to the effect of “Thought so”. And then she told him that she still hasn’t been paid. At that point, the male said “Lies” and walked out of the room.

She explained to me that he needs to sign off on payments in order for her to be paid, which is why she confronted him directly. I asked her if she had documented any injuries when this occurred. She said that she had some redness on her upper chest area but did not take photos.

At this point in the conversation, ADAMS revealed that the male’s name was DIGGS, Stefon. DIGGS currently plays for the New England Patriots of the NFL. Due to his fame, she was very hesitant to come forward with this.”

Alleged Victim Says Steffon Diggs Did Not Honor Initial Agreement

Per the report, Adams was hired in July of this year. The arrangement was supposed to see her out until the end of the NFL season.

She told police that they had agreed on weekly payments, but the payments had been coming in via wire transfer on a monthly basis instead.

“As of now, she said that she still believes she is owed a month’s pay,” the report notes.

For his part, Diggs has denied the allegations, with his attorney branding them “unsubstantiated” and “uncorroborated.”

The Patriots star is scheduled for arraignment on January 23, two days before the AFC Championship game, which the Pats hope to be involved in. They have shown support for Diggs in a statement.

His legal team is looking to have it pushed back to a date in March.
