Taylor Swift Makes Astonishing Career Move

Taylor Swift, fresh off completing the European leg of her Eras tour, shows no signs of slowing down. The 34-year-old superstar is reportedly working on a new project: a novel titled A Girl Called Girl.

The book, which Taylor wrote as a teenager, tells the story of a mother who wished for a son instead of a daughter. Written when she was just 14, the novel has remained under wraps, with the draft believed to have been kept by her parents. However, Taylor has now trademarked the name and rights to her debut novel, suggesting it could soon be released to the public.

This isn’t the first time Taylor has secured the rights to the book. In 2015, she trademarked the title for the first time, and after nearly a decade, fans might finally have a chance to read it. According to The Sun, the new trademark also covers merchandise and audio versions, indicating that Taylor is preparing to bring her story to the world.

Taylor previously mentioned that she started writing the novel before her music career took off. During her 2012 tour, she revealed, “All my friends were back in Pennsylvania, so I had nothing to do.” She continued, “I had this epiphany; I’m going to be a novelist and I’m going to write novels. That’s going to be my career path.”

While she’s gearing up for more shows in Toronto and Vancouver this November and December, Taylor also has several other projects in the works, including the re-recorded version of her 2017 album Reputation. Fans are already buzzing with excitement, and the addition of this novel could bring even more joy to Swifties worldwide.

In the meantime, Taylor and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, 34, are enjoying some downtime together. The couple recently reunited for an end-of-summer getaway at Taylor’s iconic Rhode Island mansion. The $17 million home, famous for hosting her star-studded Independence Day parties, became the backdrop for their romantic reunion.

Despite the excitement surrounding her return, Taylor’s security team had to keep eager fans at bay. A group of fans even offered $50 to catch a glimpse of the pop star and her beau, though they were politely turned away.
