The two celebrities crossed paths over the weekend as they both attended the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend in Kansas City to raise money for Children’s Mercy Hospital. In a video captured at the event, Kelce looked ecstatic to see Rudd, sharing a handshake before he pulled him into a hug and lifted him off the ground, with Rudd’s feet dangling above the floor.
A fan shared the clip on TikTok, while another posted the video on Instagram alongside some photos from the night, with celebrities like Jason Sudeikis, Rob Riggle, and Eric Stonestreet also in attendance. Kelce’s teammate Patrick Mahomes was there as well.

Rudd was actually the first guest on Kelce’s podcast with his brother Jason, New Heights, appearing on the show back in October 2022. Jason surprised Kelce with Rudd’s appearance for his birthday, with Kelce even questioning, “Is this real?” He looked shocked to see the actor, saying, “Thank you guys, man. You guys are awesome.”
