Brandon Pettigrew played seven seasons in the NFL. He spent his entire career with the Lions after the team selected him as the 20th overall pick out of Oklahoma State in 2009. He was an effective player early on in his career and recorded consecutive seasons of over 70 catches and 700 yards in 2020 and 2011. TMZ reports that Sunday’s arrest was Pettigrew’s third since he retired from the NFL.
He was arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct at an Oklahoma nightclub in 2017. One year later, he was arrested again, this time for punching a police officer in Pittsburgh.
