VIDEO: Los Angeles Police Raided Joey Bosa’s Home With Their Guns Out

Joey Bosa had quite a scare this week.

The Los Angeles Chargers edge rusher had his home raided by the Los Angeles Police Department with their guns out, only to stand down after what appeared to be a false alarm.

TMZ reported LAPD was arriving to deal with a report of an attempted burglary near Joey Bosa’s home in the city following the tripping of a security system.

Law enforcement thought suspects were in the home as they approached with their guns out. They took zero chances as they entered the home with guns in their hands.

Fortunately, TMZ stated cops searched the home and found no evidence of a break-in or any crime. Video has since emerged from the scene, which shows cops pointing their guns as they enter the Chargers superstar’s home:

More information stated they later learned that wind appeared to set off the alarm, and shadows on the surveillance video made it look like someone might have been in Joey Bosa’s home.

As for Bosa, his Los Angeles Chargers are getting set to face the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium in a battle of two teams that are 2-0.

Joey Bosa has played a huge part in why the Chargers are undefeated.

The team’s defense has only given up 13 total points and one touchdown through two games.

As quiet as it has been, Joey Bosa is having quite the year so far.

In his initial two games, Bosa has proven to be an influential force, compiling 2.0 sacks, 2.0 tackles for loss, and nine total tackles, according to ESPN stats.

As noted by Bleacher Report, Joey Bosa currently stands at +1400 odds to clinch the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award, which places him seventh among all league contenders.

Those odds highlight just how impactful Bosa has been on the defensive front as he showcases his skill set in the ongoing season.
