A three-time Super Bowl champion has been arrested following some troubling accusations. Patrick Pass, a former fullback who won all of his rings with the New England Patriots and spent seven seasons with the team, is said to have caused an 82-year-old man injuries after shoving him in a gym.

The 46-year-old was taken into custody this Wednesday after the allegations, which stem from an incident that reportedly took place last month.

Pass has been accused of assaulting the geriatric man while at Planet Fitness in North Providence, Rhode Island, on August 28. The victim is understood to have fallen to the floor, sustaining injuries to his lower back.

Patrick Pass was drafted by the Patriots in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played as a running back, wide receiver, and on special teams on his debut. He transitioned to fullback in 2002 after putting on 35 pounds.

The three-time Super Bowl winner spent most of his career with the Pats; he had stints with the Houston Texans and New York Giants.

He is scheduled to appear in court in December.
