Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was injured in a shooting after he was followed from a Glendale, Colorado, gentleman’s club.
What is even crazier is that, according to court documents obtained by 9NEWS, this situation occurred in the early morning hours of Friday, October 18.
In the world of sports news, nothing that happens to professional athletes stays a secret, so this news has left many perplexed.
Per Janet Oravetz of 9NEWS, Josh Reynolds was shot once in the left arm and once in the back of his head.
The Broncos confirmed the shooting, noting Reynolds received treatment for “minor injuries.”

Multiple 911 calls were made from victims stating that they had been shot, according to court documents.
Aside from Josh Reynolds, another man was shot in his back, and a third victim was wounded by shattered glass.
All three victims were said to have scrapes from climbing over a fence in an attempt to get away from the shooters.
The Broncos issued a statement on Thursday afternoon that confirmed the news of Reynolds being the victim of a shooting.
In the statement, the team acknowledged that Reynolds has “received treatment for minor injuries.”
“Out of respect for the legal process, we will defer further comment on this matter to the authorities,” the statement said.
Hopefully, Josh Reynolds Can Get Back On The Field This Year
Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was the victim of a shooting in Denver last Friday, according to the team.
He suffered minor injuries after being the victim of a shooting outside of a strip club in Denver.
Incredibly, Reynolds is OK despite being “shot twice, once in his left arm and once in the back of his head,” per 9News and court documents.
The Broncos placed Reynolds on injured reserve this week due to a finger injury, so he’ll be sidelined for a minimum of four weeks.
So far this season, he’s tallied 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown.
