Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are approaching the one-year mark in their relationship.
The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end and the iconic pop star began dating at the start of the 2024 regular season. That’s when they became official, though, so they likely started seeing each other at least a month or two before that.
Over the course of their relationship, Kelce and Swift have had to deal with a ton of media attention.
“Kylie and I think we have it bad and then we go hang out with one of them for a second,” Travis’s brother, Jason Kelce, told podcast host Andrew Santino on June 7. “This is a whole other situation here. You can’t be a normal person at that point.”
Unfortunately, Kylie Kelce has been part of the wild media attention, too. Media outlets speculated about her feelings toward Taylor Swift during the 2023 season. Kylie Kelce was not happy about it.
Media outlets claimed that Taylor Swift’s level of fame “wasn’t her cup of tea.” They made it seem like Kylie Kelce had a problem with the attention Swift sought – or received. But that was very much not the case.
“Go watch that video,” she said in a Nov. 22 TikTok. “I said it’s not my cup of tea to have attention on me. I didn’t say that. That seems like a stretch to me. You’re reaching!”

She added: “These tabloids. I’mma tell you what we truly believe at the bottom of our hearts in Philadelphia: (Expletive) around and find out.”
While Kylie Kelce doesn’t like the headlines, she prefers to be behind the camera.
“I was a communication major in college. I love to be behind it. That’s my bread and butter.”
Hopefully, Kylie Kelce will get to live an even quieter life now, since her husband, Jason Kelce, has retired.
