In their updated betting odds for the 2028 election, Bookies.com lists soon-to-be Vice President JD Vance as the +450 favorite, followed by California Governor Gavin Newsom at +575. Incredibly, Rodgers is on the list of early favorites with +3000 odds:

Rodgers will be approaching his 45th birthday at the time of the 2028 election, so he’ll likely be long retired from football by then. And of course, we can’t forget that the four-time league MVP rejected Robert F. Kennedy’s invitation to be his running mate.
