Randy Moss has the entire sports world on edge about his health.
The Hall of Fame wide receiver and current ESPN analyst did something he never does as he revealed at the start of “Sunday NFL Countdown” that he’s “battling something internally” and that he might need to wear sunglasses during the show.
Moss said, “I just wanted to let the viewers know that me and my wife, me and my family, we are battling something internally.”
“I have some great doctors around me. I couldn’t miss the show. I wanted to be here with you guys. I feel great,” Moss continued.
Randy Moss then spoke on the glasses he will be wearing, stating, “But if y’all see me with these Michigan turnover glasses that I have on, it’s not being disrespectful because I’m on television, man. I’m battling something. I need all the prayer warriors.”
Multiple social media users became extremely worried about Moss when someone posted a picture of his eyes looking noticeably yellow during the Week 12 show.
Clearly, the social media talk about his eyes has bothered him, which is why he is dealing with his health and blocking his eyes from viewers.
Moss didn’t reveal what specifically he’s battling, but he did his part by encouraging people to “do your checkups, get your bloodwork done.”
Once Moss stopped talking about his sunglasses, host Mike Greenberg, former quarterback Alex Smith, former head coach Rex Ryan, and former linebacker Tedy Bruschi all pulled out glasses at the same time to wear alongside their co-worker and friend.
Everyone Is Praying For Randy Moss
Randy Moss shared a cryptic message about his health when he opened up on Instagram and later on Sunday NFL Countdown about “battling something internally.”
Moss made headlines last week for wearing sunglasses during the sports pregame broadcast.
He is doing so due to his health scare.
Moss wouldn’t reveal his health issues as he stated on Instagram, “At this time, I’m just going to keep a lot of things private. Just bear with me. But like I said, I need your prayers.”
