Kylie Kelce, wife of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, opened up about life after her husband’s NFL retirement, revealing surprising challenges in their new family dynamic.
During the first episode of her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce” the 32-year-old mom of three shared that Jason Kelce’s post-football schedule is more hectic than ever.
“I see him less now in retirement than I did when he was playing football,” Kylie Kelce revealed.
Reflecting on their past, she noted that his career with the Eagles provided a structured routine, but now, “it is an absolute free-for-all.”
Despite stepping away from the NFL, Jason Kelce remains deeply involved in football, charity work and other engagements, making his availability unpredictable.
Kylie Kelce admitted she doesn’t rely on Jason Kelce for childcare, while she handles commitments like podcasting, doctor’s appointments, or work with the Eagles Autism Foundation.

Instead, she schedules additional childcare to ensure stability at home.
“It’s not a knock on my husband,” she clarified. “He’s busier than he has ever been.”
Even when Jason Kelce is technically at home, his responsibilities often pull him into meetings or other tasks.
Kylie Kelce explained that this arrangement allows her to manage the household while respecting Jason Kelce’s demanding commitments.
“I just make sure I’m covered,” she said.
Kylie Kelce also shared a lighter moment from family life, revealing her youngest daughter Bennett’s strong reaction to her pregnancy announcement. The toddler has struggled to accept the idea of another sibling.
“Bennie feels deeply and personally victimized by the fact that we chose to give her another sibling,” Kylie Kelce joked, describing how Bennett fiercely guards her mother’s attention.
