ESPN analyst and former NFL star wide receiver Randy Moss has beaten cancer, he announced via Instagram on Friday.

Last week, ESPN announced that Randy Moss would be taking a leave of absence to deal with “a personal health challenge.” This came after fans noticed a yellow color in Moss’ eyes on television.

Taking to Instagram live on Friday, the Pro Football Hall of Famer revealed that he has beaten cancer. Moss stated was hospitalized for six days but just came out, offering gratitude to the doctors and the fans for their concern.

Moss happily stated, “Your boy is a cancer survivor”, adding that he’ll still undergo chemotherapy and radiation.

Concerns about Randy Moss’ health escalated when Larry Fitzgerald Sr., the son of former Arizona Cardinals star wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, falsely stated on X that the Minnesota Vikings legend was battling liver cancer.

Moss’ son, Thaddeus, denied the report from Fitzgerald Sr. and called it “disgusting.” It’s all a moot point now, as the beloved NFL analyst and former star is healthy after winning the biggest battle of his life.

The NFL Community Is With Randy Moss

NFL fans have come together to offer their prayers and support for Moss during this scary time. Thankfully, the doctors were able to treat the issue quickly and get the cancer out of Moss’ body.

Here’s hoping that chemotherapy and radiation goes well for Moss. The NFL community is rooting for him.
