Odell Beckham Jr.’s time in South Beach is over.
The Miami Dolphins announced on Friday that they are parting ways with Odell Beckham Jr after signing him to a one-year deal back in May to be apart of the team’s passing attack.
Beckham didn’t contribute like the Dolphins thought he would, hauling in just nine catches on 18 targets for 55 yards in nine games.
Beckham had one catch for one yard on Sunday against the New York Jets in what would be his final appearance with the team.
Seeking opportunities elsewhere around the league, Beckham will be placed on waivers until Monday and will become a free agent if he is not claimed.
