Myles Garrett wants out.

Garrett, star defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, made waves this week when he decided that he wanted to play for another team.

In a statement to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Browns DE Myles Garrett officially requested a trade.

When you go 3-14 and land the No. 2 pick in the draft, all bets are off for how the ensuing offseason is going to go, which is now the case for the Cleveland Browns.

Garrett is under contract through 2026 at $25 million a year, fifth-highest among NFL edge rushers.

Garrett just recently said that “we’re close than some think we are,” which indicated he wanted to be back, but things have quickly changed behind te scenes.
