REPORT: ‘Signs Point’ To Aaron Rodgers Leaving The New York Jets

Aaron Rodgers is likely to be looking for a new home in 2025.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter discussed the Rodgers situation on Sunday and said there are people around the National Football League who believe the “signs point to” the veteran quarterback and AFC East team going their separate ways this offseason.

Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports took it one step further by saying the Jets are “unlikely to move forward with the Jets.”

Rodgers is 41 years old, so retirement could be an option. But he also has just one more season on his current contract and could look to play it out before he eventually hangs up his cleats and turns his attention toward his eventual Hall of Fame induction in Canton, Ohio.

From New York’s perspective, getting out of the Rodgers business as it starts a new era with a new general manager and head coach might be enticing.
