United States President Donald Trump is the subject of lawsuits from a pair of high school students following his issuing of an executive order seeking to protect women’s sports.

Trump, who returned to office in January after beating Kamala Harris in last year’s presidential elections, put his signature on an order meant to keep transgender athletes from competing with and against biological women.

All 50 states are expected to comply with the mandate, while the NCAA has released a statement supporting it.

“The NCAA Board of Governors is reviewing the executive order and will take necessary steps to align NCAA policy in the coming days, subject to further guidance from the administration,” it reads.

“The Association will continue to help foster welcoming environments on campuses for all student-athletes. We stand ready to assist schools as they look for ways to support any student-athletes affected by changes in the policy.”

New Hampshire High Schoolers Become The First To Challenge Donald Trump’s Order

As expected, there are many who are in opposition of the order and, to that end, Trump is now being sued by two high schoolers.

According to ESPN, the families of two New Hampshire high school students who identify as girls are suing the state and have asked for permission to include Trump, the U.S. Department of Justice, Attorney General Pam Bondi, the U.S. Department of Education, and acting Secretary Denise Carter as defendants.
