David Hasselhoff and his family are reeling from a surprising loss, with ex-wife of the legendary ‘Baywatch’ and ‘Knight Rider’ actor having passed away.
Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff was reportedly found dead inside of her home this week. She was 62 years old.
According to TMZ, Pamela’s family had grown worried and asked the authorities to check on her. The outlet reports that paramedics were called to the residence following a report of an unconscious female on Wednesday night and found Pamela with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
“There was no note, we’re told. LAPD officers responded shortly afterward,” they add.

David and Pamela were married for several years, having tied the knot in 1989 before splitting in 2006. The divorce was ugly, with friction over spousal support lasting until 2017.
David, however, is heartbroken, given her death.
“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time,” he said.
