Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have called it quits after nearly 10 years together.
“Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,” a source close to the pair told Us Weekly Wednesday.
“It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.”
According to the insider, the couple’s relationship has “been tense for months,” therefore the breakup has been “a long time coming.”The “Teenage Dream” singer — who is currently on her “Lifetimes” tour — has been dealing with the split by “keeping busy” with her music career.
The source added that Perry is currently renting out her Westcott estate in Montecito, Calif., as she continues to travel around the world performing.
