Eloise Peck, 8, has just been recovered and is confirmed deceased. She was one of the girls at Camp Mystic that was reported missing after the flooding of the Guadalupe River.
She passed away with her cabinmate and best friend, Lila Bonner, who also died. Eloise had a family who loved her fiercely for the 8 years Eloise’s mother says.
