NFL Fans Are Destroying USA Today Over Their Outrageous Predictions For Win-Loss Records & Super Bowl Winner For The 2025 Season

Football fans had a lot to say after USA Today released its NFL predictions for 2025, including the Super Bowl 60 matchup and champion.

With preseason underway and the regular season less than a month away, it’s a popular time for prognosticators to lock in their NFL predictions (team records, award winners, Super Bowl champions, etc.)

Nate Davis of USA Today released his predictions for the 2025 season, and there certainly were some bold takes. Among them: He has the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers capturing the AFC West and NFC North crowns, respectively.

Davis has Lamar Jackson and the Ravens finally erasing years of postseason heartbreak by taking down Jordan Love’s Packers in Super Bowl 60:

Fans, as always, had plenty of interesting reactions to Davis’ 2025 NFL predictions.

“The same people who picked the Jets to win the Super Bowl last year? Hahahhahahahahahahahaha,” wrote a fan.

“Once again we have to STOP this with the @packers year after year they are a good team that is a consist first round exit 🥱,” a user wrote.

“Looks like USA today has their multitude of soccer writers trying to predict NFL stuff,” said another.

“Who reads the USA Today for sports?” asked a fan.

“The media have published some absolute horror predictions. 🤦‍♂️,” a user added.

“The AFC west prediction is hilarious,” said a fan.

Check back in January to see how Davis’ win-loss record predictions went, and then a few weeks later to see how his Super Bowl pick aged.

Fans need to remember that NFL predictions are merely those: predictions. It’s easy to get riled up over an expert’s projections, but remember, absolutely nobody goes 100 percent in these. Nobody had the Washington Commanders or Denver Broncos in the playoffs last year.
