One Dallas Cowboys fan was getting flamed during Thursday night’s opening game against the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, and it got caught on a hot mic while the camera panned to the Philly bench heading into a break.

To say the first game of the 2025 NFL season had everything would be an understatement. The contest started with an injury and an ejection, with tensions spilling over into an on-field fight, while offenses were absolutely rolling in a first-half shootout.

When the game saw its first turnover, with the Eagles forcing a fumble off Miles Sanders in the red zone, it was suspended due to lightning near Lincoln Financial Field.

One thing fans may have missed was the banter that leaked onto the airwaves in what appeared to be elite trash talk.

A clip has been circulating on Twitter/X, and can be seen right below:

The Eagles were leading 24-20 before the game was delayed. Their defense struggled without star defensive tackle Jalen Carter, who was tossed for spitting at Dak Prescott.

Dallas, of course, is without Micah Parsons, having traded him to the Green Bay Packers.
