Brock Bowers’ 2025 season is already in doubt.

Bowers was as advertised in his rookie season, but his sophomore campaign is off to a rough start.

The Las Vegas Raiders tight end exited Sunday’s contest against the New England Patriots with a knee injury in the fourth quarter.

Slow-motion video has shown that Brock Bowers may have suffered a devastating injury that could keep him out for weeks, if not for the rest of the season.

Bowers was tackled while running with the ball, then on the next play, he seemed to have some discomfort in his knee.

An injury would be a tough blow to a Raiders’ offense that desperately needs its star to be on the field. Without him, Michael Mayer figures to be the top option in the tight end room.

Prior to his injury, Bowers, who came into the year with a new haircut, had caught five of his eight targets for 103 yards.

Bowers, a former University of Georgia Bulldog, recorded 1,194 receiving yards on 112 receptions during his rookie campaign in 2024 which were both NFL records for a tight end.
