Carrie Underwood is set to bank some significant coin this 2025 NFL season, if AllSportsFaq.com is to be believed.

The eight-time Grammy Award winner is back for another campaign, performing the ‘Sunday Night Football’ kickoff song, “Waiting All Day For Sunday Night.” And it’s understood that she will pocket a whopping $18 million this year.

Underwood is reportedly making $1 million per week for her involvement with ‘SNF’, according to the aforementioned source, which would make her side gig one of the highest-earning of its kind.

“It’s just very glam. It’s always great, it’s always exciting. It’s always fun,” she said recently, per Parade“It’s hard to believe it’s been 13 years.”

Carrie, who endured some backlash after performing at Donald Trump’s inauguration earlier this year, claimed that the appreciation from the fans is what really makes it worth it.

“They’ll come up to me, like, on the street and be like, ‘Oh my gosh! I love Sunday night football,” she added. “That’s my son’s favorite song. The Super Bowl is kind of home to NBC. It’s spectacular. It’s exciting.”

Carrie Underwood Previously Denied Making $1 Million A Week From ‘Sunday Night Football’

It’s also worth noting that Carrie has previously denied making that much money from her ‘SNF’ gig, telling Howard Stern last year that it’s more of a pro-bono deal than anything else, and she wishes she made what has been reported.

“I wish, that’d be great. That would be awesome,” she told Howard Stern in an interview last October. “It’s pretty pro-bono.”

Of course, it’s a different season, so things may have changed. In any case, the ‘SNF’ gig is just one of her many income streams.

The singer is worth $200 million as of 2025, having sold over 85 million records worldwide, while her live shows gross tens of millions.
