The Rock’s Daughter Ava Takes Subtle Dig At Charlie Kirk After His Death

Charlie Kirk, a 31-year-old podcast and radio commentator known as a close ally of US President Donald Trump, was killed on Wednesday by a single gunshot in what Utah Governor Spencer Cox described as a political assassination. The shooting took place during a midday event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

Below is the extremely graphic video (watch at your own risk):

The assassination has been a hot topic of discussion all over the world over the past 24 hours. Many names from the world of professional wrestling have also reacted to the incident.

WWE NXT General Manager Ava, daughter of The Rock, seemingly took a subtle dig at Kirk’s death too.

She shared a tweet stating the following on her Instagram story:

“If you want people to have kind words when you pass, you should say kind words when you’re alive”

This opinion about Kirk is shared by many people from the left due to his controversial views on abortion rights, gun control and LGBTQ+ issues and him being a strong supporter of Israel.

Wrestling World Reacts To Charlie Kirk Being Shot Dead

Ken Shamrock: Charlie Kirk is dead for speaking his views & debating others views. Let that sink in.

Paul Roma: Charlie Kirk has died but all that he has done for our country will live on. People should be allowed to speak without the fear of being harmed. Please Pray for Charlie and his family.

Missy Leslie (wife of Brutus Beefcake): Very sad to hear of the assassination of Charlie Kirk!!!! Rest in Peace Charlie. Will keep your wife & children in my eternal prayers!

Nickla Roberts (aka Baby Doll): Imagine being shot because you tell people abortions kill human babies.

Kizarny: RIP Charlie Kirk… I hope all the weaklings, cowards and a$$holes are happy that the world is now a lesser place… Way to go idiots… You f**kin sicken me.

Rory McAlister (one half of ex-WWE tag team The Highlanders): Charlie Kirk was a debater, whether you liked him or not, he engaged everyone trying to find understanding and common ground. I actually shared a lot of his beliefs and disagreed with some, but I respected the man he was and how he carried himself. When did the left become the side of intolerance, violence, promoters of perpetual war and hate? I’m watching some of them celebrate this right now. Disgustingly sad. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk. You did not deserve this at all. Unfortunately they proved your point.

Aalyah Mysterio (Rey Mysterio’s daughter):

Conrad Thompson: Man, this is just awful. We gotta be better, together, somehow. I don’t know how, but I know this ain’t it.

Eva Marie: So sad RIP @charliekirk11

Pat McAfee: Charlie Kirk, a name synonymous with having the courage to speak what you believe and seek/welcome conversations with those whom you disagree with.

I’m not a political person but I am a proud American citizen and today was startling, saddening, and maddening all at the same time.. I’ve realized that I’m a bit naive to how crazy it all has become but watching a man get hunted and slayed in broad daylight because of his opinions made me disgusted and devastated.

This can’t be what we actually are or become as a country.. I believe that the good people will always outnumber the evil people but damn… today was an alarming day in our country’s history.

2 kids lost a dad.. a wife lost a husband.. and societal discourse lost a voice.

RIP @charliekirk11.. I send my prayers, thoughts, and love to his family and friends.
