Angry NFL fans want Fox Sports to fire Tom Brady following his performance in the Dallas Cowboys-Chicago Bears Week 3 game on Sunday afternoon.
Tom Brady and Kevin Burkhardt were on the call for “America’s Game of the Week” at Soldier Field. The Bears cruised to a 31-14 blowout victory over Dallas, giving rookie head coach Ben Johnson his first win.
While Brady has undoubtedly improved in year two as an NFL analyst, many fans are displeased with his performance. In fact, many of them want him fired right now.
“Tom Brady saying he’s old school in the booth as the bears score a 4th and goal touchdown is the reason why he shouldn’t be the A-crew for FOX’s broadcast Justice for Greg Olsen, get him back calling the best games,” one fan said.
“Tom Brady is such a bad commentator…Give us back Greg Olsen,” another commented.
“Tom Brady sucks at broadcasting Too bad he can’t cheat,” wrote a user.
“@NFLonFOX fire Brady unless you advocate animal abuse,” another said.
“Tom Brady is horrible in the booth. Please give us Greg Olsen back for big games,” a fan commented.
“Tom Brady sucks at his new job,” said a user.
Indeed, there was one cringeworthy part where Tom Brady suggested George Pickens could “kick the dog at home” when the Cowboys’ star wideout expressed immense frustration on the sidelines:
Fox Sports signed the seven-time Super Bowl champion and three-time MVP to a lucrative 10-year deal worth $375 million in 2022 before he started his final playing season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brady is also a minority owner of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, who fell to 1-2 after a blowout road loss to the Washington Commanders on Sunday.
