Everyone asked the same question after Russell Wilson popped up on screen for his ‘Sunday Night Football’ intro before the New York Giants lined up against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wilson, who played his final year at the University of Wisconsin, followed his name up with “Whole pack of Badgers,” prompting multiple questions on social media, as some users couldn’t make it out.
You can check him out in the video, which was shared on Twitter/X, right below:
“russell wilson a whole pack of WHAT,” someone asked.
“Tf Russell Wilson say his school was,” asked another.
“wtf did russell wilson say,” another user enquired.
Wilson began his college career at NC State, playing there from 2007 to 2010. He started for the Wolfpack for three seasons and also played minor league baseball during that time.
He transferred to Wisconsin for his final year of eligibility in 2011, leading the Badgers to a Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl appearance.
He was selected as a third-round pick by the Seattle Seahawks the following year and helped fire the team to a Super Bowl in his second season.
He has since played for the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers, joining the Giants in free agency this year despite the team drafting Jaxson Dart in the first round back in April.
