Amanda Balionis has transitioned from golf to the NFL for the 2025 season.
Balionis, a veteran sideline reporter for CBS Sports, is keeping a smile on her face despite her tough personal news.
Earlier this month, the 39-year-old sideline reporter, who is also known for her golf coverage, said she’s dealing with a pinched nerve.
“Pinched nerve update: Already feeling relief from (chiropractor) appointment this morning,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m stopping the heat therapy. Sticking to ice and Advil. Acupuncture appointment tonight for a final Hail Mary before a crazy few weeks of travel.”
It did not stop her from being on the sidelines last week, and it di dnot stop her this week either.
Balionis took to her Instagram account and posted herself in an eye-popping outfit that caught everyone’s attention.
Amanda Balionis stepped out on the field to cover the Titans-Colts game while rocking a Blue denim jumpsuit.
“Thinking maybe I was born in the wrong era because celebrating 1975 and the debut of NFL Today was pretty fun 🤩. The Colts move to 3-0 for the first time since 2009 and this offensive is cooking,” she wrote on Instagram.
More On Amanda Balionis’ Injury
CBS golf reporter Amanda Balionis has transitioned into her second role quite nicely, covering football.
Balionis often spends her fall covering the NFL on CBS, which she is currently doing.
She was praised by fans after providing NFL coverage despite a painful recent health struggle.
The CBS broadcaster reported from the sidelines last week after sharing news of dealing with a pinched nerve in her neck. The injury started after the golf season ended last month. She is now preparing to cover the NFL season, which began earlier this month.
Balionis told fans that she has gone through two chiropractic sessions. She also had one acupuncture appointment.
Although it has come down a bit, she feels tingling in her palm, thumb, and pointer finger.
