According to Indeed.com, the Average Dairy Queen hourly pay ranges from approximately $8.40 per hour for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to $19.40 per hour for a QSR Manager.

A large amount of money coming their way would genuinely be a blessing.

A number of them had a blessing come their way recently, and they all had a shocking reaction to it.

Social media creator Razzaqlocks has earned an Instagram following of 1.4 million for posting videos in which he tried to entice people with huge cash sums to leave their jobs on the spot.

In one post from earlier this year, he offered a worker at fast-food Dairy Queen $200,000 to quit her job.

The last time Dairy Queen got this much coverage, Candace Owens had released a picture of the man who is alleged to have killed Charlie Kirk.

How Dairy Queen Employees Reacted To $200K Offer

Lars Larsen displays a variety of old business signs from the central Wisconsin area, including a Dairy Queen sign, Danny K’s, A&W and more.

Social media creator Razzaqlocks held out $200,000 to a female worker and asked, “Would you quit your job right now for $200,000 grand in cash?”

It took two seconds for the worker to say no.

Her defense for turning it down? “Because it’s not going to last me for the rest of my life.”

That is a startling admission since working at Dairy Queen will never get her enough to last for the rest of her life as well.

The female worker then points to her manager to come over to see if he would take it.

“How do I know that’s real money?” the manager asked.

He then asked for $500,000 while stating that his bills are expensive.

Ultimately, they both denied the offer and told him to return with $400,000.

How fans reacted:

“Man, you come to my job with that, I’d definitely invite the first round 😭😂,” one person stated.

“I’d quit in the most extreme way possible 😂,” a second person added.

“That’s wild. I’d set a world record for how fast I’d jump out my uniform,” a third person commented.

“This is extremely terrifying, how conditioned they are,” a fourth person said of the Dairy Queen employees.
