Rory McIlroy Was Jawing At Fans All Day
Rory exchanged barbs with fans on multiple occasions, refusing to play until they got quiet at times. At one point, he was heard telling them to “shut the f**k up.”
Unruly fan behavior has been a significant concern during the Ryder Cup, as it has been a sore point despite the action and entertainment.
European captain Luke Donald hit out at the American fans, claiming they “crossed a line.”
“People can be their own judge of whether they took it too far or not. I’m just proud of us for being able to win today with what we had to go through,” McIlroy added.
