Was something fishy going on during the game between the Washington Commanders and Dallas Cowboys?

Fans have long theorized that the league is scripted.

It originally began back in 2023 when former NFL running back Arian Foster claimed that the league operates like WWE.

“We were really dedicated to [the NFL’s script],” he previously said.

Well, his words have gained legs in the years since.

On Sunday, tons of fans were sure they saw something entirely fishy with quarterback Jayden Daniels.

One guy recorded a moment in which he said that the Washington Commanders star quarterback was refusing to throw the ball to Luke McCaffrey because they might be gambling. In the video, Daniels looks at an open McCaffrey and refuses to throw him the ball.

On the next play, he managed to get the Dallas Cowboys to jump and get a free play, but he still chose to go elsewhere with the ball.

Just last month, social media was also convinced that they found evidence of the league scripting a game when a ref refused to answer a scripting question.

Commanders & Cowboys Are Going Different Directions

The Dallas Cowboys are back in the win column after a dominant 44-22 victory over the Washington Commanders at AT&T Stadium on Sunday.

Prescott was nearly flawless, completing 21 of 30 passes for 264 yards and three touchdowns.

On the opposite side, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels completed 12 of 22 passes for 156 yards and a touchdown before exiting the game. He also added 35 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

He was injured in the second half and did not return.

It should also be noted that Dak Prescott appeared at the podium with a bandage on his left hand, but he quickly downplayed any notion that it would impact him moving forward.

“A little Britt special just to take the swelling down,” said Prescott.

For much of the year, Washington was above Dallas in the standings, but that changed on Sunday as the Cowboys are now 3-3-1 and the Commanders are under .500 with a 3-4 record.
