Things Got Really Weird During Postgame Handshake Between Andy Reid & Titans HC Mike McCoy After Chiefs’ Loss [VIDEO]

Andy Reid has been around the NFL for a very long time. He has pretty much seen it all. Sunday might’ve been a first, even for him.

The limping Chiefs are just trying to finish out their 2025 season after losing Patrick Mahomes to a torn ACL. The Tennessee Titans beat the Kansas City Chiefs 26-9 at Nissan Stadium. It ended an 11-game losing streak at home. The game could’ve easily been different had the Chiefs had their starting quarterback.

To make things worse, Gardner Minshew tore his ACL during this contest as well.

Following the contest, Titans head coach Mike McCoy was certainly feeling excited about the win. He could be seen bringing his young child to the middle of the field to meet Andy Reid.

Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs are nearing the end of a season they’d like to forget. They are officially eliminated from the playoffs with three weeks to spare.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on the situation on Saturday. He made it clear that the 67-year-old Reid is sticking around.

There’ll be plenty for Kansas City to figure out this offseason. That includes what Travis Kelce might do this offseason. The once-dominated era in Kansas City appears to be no more.
