Lip Reader Reveals Barron Trump’s Savage Four-Word Comment To Ivanka At State Of The Union Address

A lip reader has revealed Barron Trump’s brutal comment to his half-sister Ivanka during the President’s State of the Union Address, which proved to be the longest in history.

Donald Trump‘s State of the Union Address went on record as the longest known presidential speech to congress in the last 60 years – lasting one hour and 47 minutes to be precise.

If there’s one thing we know about any Trump speech, it’s not likely he will stick to a script.

The President enjoys a tangent, and often elaborates into personal anecdotes, media coverage, political rivals, or crowd reactions.

If there’s one thing for sure – he keeps critics guessing about what’s coming next.

And his 2026 State of the Union Address was no different.

What is the State of the Union Address?

The State of the Union Address is an annual speech delivered by the president to the US Congress.

Typically held in January or February at the US Capitol, the address brings together members of Congress, the Supreme Court, the Cabinet, military leaders, and invited guests.

It’s broadcast nationwide and serves as one of the most widely watched political events of the year.

During the address, the president reviews the country’s economic performance, national security concerns, domestic policy issues, and major accomplishments from the previous year.

It also outlines the administration’s agenda and priorities for the coming year, aiming to persuade lawmakers and the public to support proposed initiatives.

A record-breakingly long speech

The 2026 address will go down in history as the longest of the last 60 years at least, indeed breaking his own record of one hour 39 minutes in 2025.

Interestingly, the shortest speech of the past 60 years was former President Richard Nixon’s 1972 State of the Union, which lasted only 28 minutes.

Of course, this year’s runtime included lengthy pauses for applause, disruptions, and cheers for the Olympic gold-winning US men’s hockey team – of which there has been some controversy online, but we’ll get to that.

Key themes of the speech included the US economy and affordability, as well as illegal immigration and ending a series of wars around the world.

And while many of the important things were covered, there were still some elephants in the room that were seemingly overlooked.

The killings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good, as well as the ICE protests across Minnesota were not mentioned during the address, nor the Epstein File release, and Greenland, which he threatened to annex just weeks ago – something he later U-turned on.

Team USA men’s ice hockey team celebrated at State of the Union Address

The US men’s ice hockey team won the Olympic gold medal at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics, defeating Canada 2-1 in overtime – their first men’s Olympic gold since the iconic ‘Miracle on Ice’ in 1980.

The team celebrated in the locker room, as a congratulatory call from President Trump rang through.

But a comment made by the president on the phone call has since sparked major backlash.

As he spoke about inviting the men’s team to the State of the Union Address following their historic win, he added: “And we have to, I must tell you, we’re going to have to bring the women’s team.

“If I don’t do that, I do believe I probably would be impeached, OK?”

The reaction was immediate and intense.

Across social media, many criticized Trump’s comments as ‘condescending,’ ‘s**ist,’ and ‘disgusting.’

Others highlighted what they saw as a sharp irony: the USS women’s hockey team has consistently outperformed the men on the Olympic stage, earning a medal at every Games since women’s hockey was introduced – including a gold medal in 2018 during Trump’s first term.

Indeed, the women have won more medals than the men at the last three Winter Olympics and across the past four Olympic cycles overall.

But it’s not the only thing that got people talking following the president’s historically long speech.

Barron Trump’s brutal comment

The president’s youngest son, Barron, 19, made his first public appearance at the State of the Union Address earlier this week since his father’s inaugaration.

Throughout the long event, we could be seen chatting with his mom, Melania, and his half-sister Ivanka.

And lip reader Jeremy Freeman has now picked up on one conversation.

Speaking with the Daily Express, according to Jeremy, Ivanka turned to Barron and asked: “What are you doing on…?” – unable to pick up the final word.

In response, somewhat cryptically, Barron replied: “I’m not sure, I couldn’t be arsed.”

The 19-year-old has largely lived a life away from the public eye, despite the family he was born into.

There has even been speculation that he could enter politics like his father and attempt to build a career in this field after the completion of his studies.
