Canadian olympian Alysha Newman decided to celebrate her win in the finals of the women’s pole vault by making an R-rated gesture towards the crowd.
The adult star managed to snag the bronze for her country after competing against Australia’s Nina Kennedy and Team USA’s Katie Moon.

Kennedy managed to grab the gold with an impressive result of 4.90 and Moon snagged the silver with 4.85. The Canadian athlete took home the bronze after a height of 4.85m.
Team Canada have since taken to X to share that the Newman is the country’s first pole vault medalist in 112 years. A very impressive result.
The 30-year-old decided to celebrate in an unusual way, which has ended up becoming a viral moment from the Paris 2024 Olympics. The star appeared to fake an injury and then twerk towards the crowd.
