Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has clearly been putting the work in the gym this offseason.
The 25-year-old CeeDee Lamb is still holding out in hopes of receiving a new deal from owner Jerry Jones. The 2020 first-round pick is entering the fifth and final year of his rookie contract.
Lamb is currently listed at 200 pounds on the NFL.com website. But according to Cowboys fan and X/Twitter user @es3_09 (also called the “Dallas Cowboys Global Ambassador”), Lamb has bulked up and now comes in at 215 points, with one source in his camp stating that the Pro Bowl wideout is “a tank now:
𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: #Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb is walking around at 215 pounds, 14 pounds heavier than he was last year. He’s put on some bulk for a deep playoff run in 2024.
Source in Lamb’s camp: “he’s definitely bigger. His speed and agility is elite but he’s a tank now man” pic.twitter.com/MN8J6sIDni

Social media was awfully impressed by Lamb’s noticeable offseason body transformation:

I was always amazed at how skinny he looked but still got up after getting slammed to the ground like it didn’t faze him at all. Dude is tough. Glad he got some bulk on him though. And it’s all muscle.

CeeDee Lamb has emerged as one of the NFL’s best wide receivers since entering the NFL in 2020. Through his first four seasons, the Oklahoma product has 395 receptions for 5,145 yards and 32 touchdowns.
Lamb is coming off a career year in which he caught a league-leading 135 receptions for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns. His efforts helped Dallas to a third straight 12-win season, though the Green Bay Packers ousted them in the Wild Card Round.
The Cowboys open their 2024 season with a road tilt against the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 8. That highly-anticipated contest will also mark Tom Brady’s first appearance as an NFL analyst with FOX Sports.
Dallas Cowboys Need To Pay CeeDee Lamb
Dallas owner Jerry Jones can say whatever he wants about being “all-in” and wanting to win a Super Bowl. But those comments are merely word salad until he makes win-now moves, such as paying one of football’s elite offensive players in Lamb.
Dak Prescott, who finished second in MVP voting in 2023, has enjoyed his best years with Lamb as his No. 1 receiver. It’s time for Jerry to end the drama and pay his star wide receiver what he’s worth.
