Darren Waller parted ways with ex-wife, Kelsey Plum, last month. It was Kelsey Plum who broke the news to fans, however, with a cryptic Instagram story. Amidst the ongoing controversy around their divorce, Darren Waller released a music video.
Interestingly, Darren Waller’s new music video is also about his divorce from Kelsey Plum. Regardless of the reactions Waller would have expected, fans aren’t holding themselves back from trolling the Giants’ tight end.

“I don’t think he used enough autotune. That could have really lifted this song to the top of the charts,” another fan tweeted.
Fans didn’t stop at his song but brought Kelsey Plum into the comments. One fan, trolling Darren Waller with a Plum reference, said:
“More interested in what Kelsey will drop in response.”
“Not sure what is taking him on this downward spiral but I’m glad Kelsey noticed it and got up outta there,” commented another fan.
“This may be the most embarrassing thing on the internet,” said a fan.
The music video came a month after Kelsey Plum shared an Instagram story while revealing her divorce from Darren Waller. He didn’t immediately make any remarks in regards to Plum’s statement, up until the music video.

In April 2023, Darren Waller and Kelsey Plum filed a joint petition for divorce. The same day, Kelsey Plum took to her Instagram to share the news, however, in the most unexpected way. The WNBA star said she was “devastated” while noting that she had “walked through fire” for her ex-husband. In her statement, Kelsey Plum wrote:
“I walked through fire for that man, but now I see it’s time to go,” she continued. “God has given me an incredible life, and I’m truly so grateful for the profound love from my family and friends.”

Kelsey Plum and Darren Waller started dating back when the tight end was playing with the Las Vegas Raiders. However, the two got married in March 2023. Their marriage came to an end in April 2024, and Waller has yet to publicly address his divorce.
