New York Giants fans are one game through the season, and they are already done with Daniel Jones.
Daniel Jones and the New York Giants didn’t begin the 2024 season on a high note as the quarterback struggled mightily during the blowout loss at the hands of Sam Darnold and the Minnesota Vikings, losing by the final score of 28-6 on Sunday.
New York fell into an early 14-3 hole and would never recover as they failed to score a touchdown on the day.
Jones finished 22-of-42 for 186 yards, throwing an interception that was returned for a touchdown by Vikings defensive end Andrew Van Ginkel, per the box score on ESPN.
Giants fans were so pissed that many of them stayed well after the game to harass Daniel Jones as he got ready to had to his vehicle.

In Jones’ first regular-season game since suffering a torn ACL, his running seemed nonexistent as he could only record 15 yards on six rush attempts.
On the other hand, Darnold’s debut for the Vikings was impressive as he made 79.2 percent of his throws for 208 yards and two touchdowns against one interception.
