One of the most well-respected NFL draft gurus and analysts is now a free agent.
According to a report from Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, NFL draft analyst Todd McShay has been let go from the Worldwide Leader in Sports.

Plenty of marquee names have been laid off by ESPN today. This includes longtime reporter Suzy Kolber (she had been with the network for 27 years), NBA analyst Jeff Van Gundy, former “First Take” co-host Max Kellerman, Pro Football Hall of Famer Steve Young as well as “Get Up” analyst Jalen Rose and NFL analyst Keyshawn Johnson.
Back in February, Disney CEO Bob Iger stated that they would be cutting 7,000 jobs.

It’s quite clear that almost nobody is safe at the world’s biggest sports network.
Some of the most beloved, accomplished and well-respected folks in sports journalism lost their jobs today. But when one door closes, another one opens. Here’s hoping those who lost their positions with ESPN will not be unemployed for long.
