Among the many notable things that came out of Georgia’s momentous victory over then-top-ranked Texas was the appearance of one Longhorns fan, who stunned many on social media.
The Texas fan, who is seemingly a student at the university, appeared on television with just over three minutes to go and the result in hand.
Now-second-ranked Georgia defeated Texas 30-15, who dropped four spots in the national polls with its first loss as members of the Southeastern Conference.
Before Georgia left Austin victorious, the young man in the burnt orange shirt and hair that grew largely from his scalp had already captured the nation.
Here’s some of the reaction from those who found the fan’s makeup amusing on social media.

It is unknown if the unidentified fan was one of the students to throw bottles on the field during the game.
The home crowd was left incensed in when an interception for the Longhorns was initially wiped out by a pass-interference penalty.
In protest, Texas fans threw hundreds of bottles on the field to make their displeasure known, before head coach Steve Sarkisian could be seen walking over and urging them to stop.
Yet incredibly, their astonishing protests seemed to do the trick when the decision was eventually overturned.
Even with the Georgia victory, this fan’s impact on the internet has not been overruled.
