Two people lost their lives during a bomb cyclone this week, with the Pacific Northwest having gotten hit, while an NFL facility had its power knocked out.
A bomb cyclone results from a low-pressure system intensifying over a short period of time, resulting in a powerful storm. It can cause strong winds, heavy rain, and snowfall.
The system has affected much of Washington State this week, knocking the power out at the Seattle Seahawks facility and forcing players to use cellphone flashlights during positional meetings on Wednesday.

Two Women Lose Their Lives To Tree-Falling Incidents During Bomb Cyclone
According to KOMO News, at least two people were killed by falling trees, with one woman struck while showering inside her home while another was hit when a tree fell on a homeless encampment. Both incidents took place on Tuesday night.
The outlet notes that at least five people were hospitalized with injuries, with one in critical condition.
