Thankfully, Joe Burrow had a Sports Illustrated model at his house when it got broken into.
According to TMZ Sports on Tuesday, SI model Olivia Ponton is the person who called 911 when Burrow’s Ohio home was being broken into Monday — when the Bengals QB was busy beating the Cowboys on “Monday Night Football” in Dallas.
Ponton, 22, called in the burglary at 8:14 p.m. after she pulled up to Burrow’s $7.5 million Cincinnati home and saw a “shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked.”
“Someone broke into my house,” The model, who has 8 million TikTok followers, told authorities over the phone. “It’s like completely messed up. … Can we please send more people?”
Ponton told police she found the bedroom window shattered and the room ransacked, the incident report notes.
In the police documents released by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Ponton called in the break-in at around 8:14 PM while Burrow was in Dallas taking on the Cowboys on Monday Night Football.
It’s unclear exactly why Ponton was there, although the Hamilton County Sheriff Office’s docs state she “is employed by Mr. Burrow.” Cops added in the report that she gave authorities on the scene “a non-detailed itemization of what items were possibly missing.”
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing, though it marks at least the third star NFLer to have their house broken into during a game.
It comes on the heels of break-ins at Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ homes that led the NFL to send a memo to players and teams that they may be targets.
Burrow and the Bengals defeated the Cowboys, 27-20, on Monday Night Football.
