The Kansas City Chiefs’ 2024 season only ended five weeks ago, but quarterback Patrick Mahomes already looks like he’s in the best physical shape of his life.
During the 2024 NFL season, some fans questioned Patrick Mahomes’ conditioning and accused him of displaying a “dad bod.” Obviously, the best quarterback on the planet needn’t answer questions about his fitness and physical health. Not with three Super Bowl championships under his belt.
But even if you want to hate on Mahomes’ and his physique, well, we have news for you! The 29-year-old quarterback shared an Instagram video of himself working out extensively, and he already looks more shredded than ever before.
Look away, opposing NFL teams. This is bad news for you:

Did we mention that the Chiefs only lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 52 five weeks ago? And that Mahomes has plenty of offseason time to further improve his fitness and physique? Look out, league.
Mahomes won 15 of his 16 starts in 2024 and completed 67.5 percent of pass attempts for 3,928 yards, 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. The Chiefs ran through the AFC to reach Super Bowl 59, but Mahomes stood no chance behind Philly’s vaunted pass rush in a disappointing 18-point defeat.
Hey, the Chiefs went on to play in four straight AFC Championship Games and three Super Bowls (winning two) after Mahomes’ first Super Bowl loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 season. If there’s one person who knows how to bounce back from gut-wrenching losses, it’s No. 15.
Patrick Mahomes Is Coming Back For Revenge

If the NFL wasn’t worried enough about how fired up Kansas City is, how about tight end Travis Kelce putting off retirement after deciding that he wasn’t going out with a Super Bowl 59 beatdown?
Kansas City re-signed wide receivers Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster and running back Kareem Hunt. With a healthy Rashee Rice returning in 2025, the pieces are there for the Chiefs to make another run at the Super Bowl.
