Austin Metcalf’s life took an unfortunate turn a couple of weeks ago at a High School track meet in Texas.
The 17-year-old high school football player tragically died after another young kid, Karmelo Anthony, stabbed him in the chest.
The issue that initially started from an altercation with the sitting arrangement at the camp led to an unfortunate fate for both families.
However, only recently, protests have been on a surge given the racial difference between the two 17-year-olds. And people or turning it into a black vs white thing.
Recently, Jeff Metcalf, Austin’s father, has issued a strong warning to those who are attempting to use the tragedy as a platform for racial agendas. He openly criticized a group, “Protect White Americans,” for claiming that authorities were biased.
According to the group, authorities are against White individuals and allowed the release of Anthony on a reduced bond.
Jeff Metcalf emphasized that the focus should be on the families affected by the tragedy rather than on racial narratives, labeling these actions as “race-baiting.”
“That’s all they are: Race baiters. F***** people that wanna spew their narrative for their own agenda. They don’t give a sh*t about my family. … about Karmelo Anthony’s family,” he said.
Metcalf confronted a speaker at a protest, telling him he was part of the problem, not the solution.
Austin Metcalf’s Father Feels Humiliated At Karmelo Anthony’s Press Event

While it has undoubtedly been a really heavy past few weeks for Austin Metcalf’s father, he is holding solidarity.
Recently, he expressed deep humiliation and disappointment after police forcibly removed him from Karmelo Anthony’s family-hosted press event.
Jeff’s intention in attending the press conference was to seek a moment of unity and healing amidst the ongoing tragedy. He was hoping to pray with the Anthony family to show solidarity in shared grief.
Instead, his presence was met with hostility, as organizers and police acted to escort him out.
“All I wanted to do was pray with them, to show that even in pain, we can stand united,” Jeff said.
Additionally, as per recent reports, Jeff has resigned from his job in real estate fearing for his and the family’s safety.
