When someone gets arrested for driving under the influence, it’s typically a good time to take a break from alcohol and consider a life change, but that doesn’t seem to be the case for Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison.
Last Friday night, a week after teammate his rookie teammate Khyree Jackson was killed in a car accident were alcohol was believed in to involved, Addison was arrested after he was allegedly discovered asleep behind the wheel of his Rolls Royce and was blocking a lane of traffic. While details remain scarce, ESPN reports he was taken to jail due to the belief he was intoxicated at the time before being released two hours after he was brought in.
Two days later, Addison posted a photo of himself drinking.

Addison is certainly innocent until proven guilty, and being that he’s over the age of 21, there’s nothing wrong with him having a drink. But, seriously, 48 hours after a DUI charge? Bad optics.
