Former UFC champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has been apologetic and said that he is “very upset” after his son, Raja Jackson, committed what organizers called “a selfish, irresponsible act of violence” against a wrestler during an event Saturday night in Sun Valley, California.
Jackson interrupted a match during the “Knox Experience” show put on by the WWE ID-affiliated KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy. He picked up and slammed Stuart Smith, who wrestles under the name Syko Stu, repeatedly punching him in the face.
The incident was livestreamed on Jackson’s Kick account.
Jackson and Stu faced off against each other in a live-streamed wrestling bout, when Jackson brutally attacked Stu and injured him. It was an incident that left Stu hospitalized.
“I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL!” Rampage Jackson wrote in a post to X on Sunday, in which he claimed that Smith was awake and stable.
“He (Raja Jackson) suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact.
“As a father, I’m deeply concerned with his health AND the well-being of Mr. Smith.
“That being said I’m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery. I apologize on his (Raja Jackson’s) behalf and to KICK for the situation.”
AJ Mana Might Be In Trouble Over What He Told Raja Jackson

A social media video clip has revealed that fellow wrestler AJ Mana might have something to do with the assault that Raja Jackson committed.
Mana had advised Jackson to go all out on Stuart Smith, also known as Syko Stu.
The video is from backstage of a KnokX Pro Event in California, and it provides evidence that it was on Mana’s advice that Jackson launched 20 continuous punches on Syko Stu, rendering him unconscious.
In the footage below, Mana can be heard saying, “You run in on his sh-t, and you f—ing give him his receipt. “You remember what a receipt is.
Mana added: “Give him that f—ing receipt, tag his sh-t. And if he’s got a f—ing problem with it, I’ll run out there. Tag his sh-t.”
Prior to Raja Jackson’s attack, Stu had struck him with a beer can.
Mana has sme serious explaining to do, and he might have to answer to the authorities over his actions.
